Privacy Policy

A clear account of what Gyroscape collects, how model requests move, and the choices you have over your data.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

No training on your work

We do not train foundation models on your code, files, prompts, or model outputs.

GyroThink content is not stored

GyroThink request content is discarded after the requested result is processed.

You choose external providers

Third-party model requests go to the provider you select and follow that provider’s policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Gyroscape collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use the Gyroscape website, Studio, desktop application, command-line tools, extensions, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

It applies to information Gyroscape controls. When you choose a third-party model, that provider also processes the request under its own privacy policy and terms.

2. How model requests are processed

The data path depends on the model family you select. Gyroscape shows the selected model in the product so you can make that choice deliberately.

Gyroscape foundation models — GyroThink

GyroThink is Gyroscape’s foundation model family. Request content is processed only to return the requested result. Gyroscape does not retain your code, files, prompts, model inputs, or model outputs after processing, create logs of that content, or use it to train GyroThink or any other model.

Third-party models you select

The prompt and any code, files, or context needed to complete your request are securely transmitted to the selected provider using encryption in transit. That provider processes the request under its own terms, privacy policy, retention rules, and data-use settings. Review those policies before use.

GyroThink’s no-storage and no-content-logging commitments apply to request content. Account, subscription, security, and aggregate service records are handled separately as described below. Third-party models follow the selected provider’s policies rather than GyroThink’s content-retention commitments.

3. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we collect:

  • Account data: name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Billing data: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, invoices, and payment status. Payment providers process card or bank details; Gyroscape does not store full payment-card numbers.
  • Service and device data: IP address, browser or app version, operating system, device type, timestamps, feature usage, diagnostics, and security events.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, and information you choose to share with us.
  • Workspace and model-request content: only as needed to provide the feature you request, subject to the model-specific rules in Section 2.

4. How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions;
  • provide requested workspace, agent, model, collaboration, and publishing features;
  • administer plans, subscriptions, usage credits, invoices, and cancellations;
  • respond to support requests and service communications;
  • detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our Terms;
  • measure reliability and improve product performance using operational and aggregate data; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

We do not use customer code, files, prompts, or model outputs to train foundation models.

5. Cookies and analytics

Gyroscape uses necessary cookies for authentication, security, preferences, and session continuity. We also use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand visits and product performance. These tools may receive device, browser, approximate-location, referral, and interaction data.

You can control non-essential cookies through browser settings and supported consent tools. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other account features from working.

6. When we share data

We disclose data only as needed for the following purposes:

  • User-selected model providers: when you select a third-party model, as described in Section 2.
  • Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, security, and customer support, under appropriate contractual controls.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or the Services, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

Gyroscape does not sell personal data.

7. Retention

GyroThink request content is not retained after the request is processed, and Gyroscape does not create logs containing that content. Other data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, secure accounts, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention by a third-party model provider is governed by the provider and the data controls applicable to the account or model you select. Deleting a Gyroscape account does not automatically delete data independently controlled by a third-party provider.

8. Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect data, including access controls, encryption in transit, secret management, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Gyroscape and its providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request a portable copy; or raise a grievance.

You can cancel a paid subscription from the pricing page. You can also contact us to request account or privacy assistance. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here, update the date above, and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
