Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly notify Gyroscape if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared in a way that defeats plan limits or security controls.

Gyroscape provides tools for research, design, coding, testing, automation, collaboration, deployment, and AI-assisted work. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the product develops.

Beta, preview, or experimental features may be less reliable and may be changed or removed without notice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated work before using it in production or making consequential decisions.

The Services may offer GyroThink-family models and models operated by third-party providers. When you choose a third-party model, the request and the code, files, prompts, or context required to fulfil it are processed by that provider under its terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for choosing a provider appropriate for your data and use case.

For GyroThink-family requests, Gyroscape does not store request content after processing and does not use your code, files, prompts, model inputs, or outputs to train models. See thePrivacy Policy for details.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to output provided to other users. Output is not professional legal, medical, financial, security, or other expert advice. You are responsible for evaluating output and for how you use it.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services and, as between you and Gyroscape, any rights you may have in generated output. You grant Gyroscape only the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, display, and return your content to provide, secure, and support the Services.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and direct its processing. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights.

You may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• create, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, fraud, or unlawful access;
• exploit, harm, or sexualise children or other vulnerable people;
• harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or discriminate against others;
• bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or plan restrictions;
• interfere with the Services or other users’ access;
• reverse engineer protected parts of the Services except where law permits; or
• use output without appropriate human review where errors could cause harm.

We may investigate suspected abuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance at the price, currency, and interval shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically using the payment method on file.

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from the pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; paid access remains available until then. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, completed charges are non-refundable.

Usage credits, limits, and expiration rules are shown when purchased. We may change future prices or plan features with reasonable notice. A price change applies no earlier than a subsequent billing cycle.

Gyroscape and its licensors own the Services, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property, excluding your content. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

If you provide feedback, you allow Gyroscape to use it without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not grant us rights to your confidential project content.

We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, third-party outages, capacity limits, or events beyond our control may affect availability. We may modify the Services to improve safety, performance, compliance, or product quality.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all output are provided “as is” and “as available.” Gyroscape disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gyroscape will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services.

Gyroscape’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Gyroscape for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Services in a way that could harm others or the platform.

Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Gyroscape may assign them in connection with a reorganisation, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
